Okay everyone, I know rules are pretty boring, but it's important that you read them thoroughly so we can all have a good time on this forum.
General Rules: • Respect other people's opinions - do not use the karma tool to smite someone because their beliefs are different to yours. • No insulting/rude/derogatory comments about other members of the forum. • No one word posts in debate topics. Please post something constructive. • No cyber bullying. • Please, do not excessively post in the C-Box. In other words, no spamming.
The Spam Board: New rules about the Spam Board that have just been implemented. • No excessive spamming! The Spam Board was created to spam randomly from time to time, not post one word every five seconds! This forum is not a competition to see who has the most posts, but to talk constructively about issues in the world. So please, use your posts wisely! Please limit the amount of posts you make in the Spam Board.
Contests: Each contest has different rules according to what it is about, however there are a few rules that are uniform for them all. • NO CHEATING! Obviously, this is a trust thing, so we are trusting you not to cheat on the riddle competitions, etc. • For any competition that requires the submission of an image, please put your username on the image. We are also trusting that the image is of your own creation, and that you didn't steal it. Please, make the forum a fun place. Cheating sucks.
Signature and Avatars: • No derogatory, demeaning, offending or insulting Avatars or Signatures. • Signature images must not be too large. Currently, we are still deciding on the sizes, so this will be updated when the decision is complete. But please, use common sense.
Important: The punishment for breaking these rules depends on what rule was broken, and how severely. - For minor issues, generally, you will only get a warning. If the minor issue is repeated, another warning, plus a fine of 5 Activist Points. - For major issues, such as bullying, excessive spamming, etc. you will receive only one warning, plus a deduction of 8 Activist Points.
If you continue to act in such a way that causes detriment to the forum or other members, we will not hesitate to suspend your account.
